There is no doubt that i was still overwhelmed by happiness as i go-on embracing this new achievement as a CPA. With gratitude, i would like to thank you, Thanks to you all! from the staff to the reviewers and to my co-reviewees who made my journey with PRTC really remarkable. Aside from that i would like to thank this Professor, i'am not closed with him neither had a chance to talk with him but everytime he speaks to the class even on my very first review at PRTC back in may'08, he's words, wisdom and thoughts has a great impact on me and it always inspires me to do better everyday. Thank You Sir Frank Agamata for sharing your life and knowledge with the class, during the testimonial dinner i'm wasnt able to say something for i had to go home early coz of work early next morning. First of all, i would like to say thank you to all the people behind this great educational institution who made me reach my dream that seems to be unreachable for me at first but became easily achievable because of a great great review program. If you're planning to have a review and you are now reading this, i would like to make you a favor, i'll tell you that if you want to reach your dream to become a CPA don't look outside anymore and make your reservation right now or else you'll regret it for the rest of your life. I think I have the courage to say this because i'm a proud PRTC product that really don't excel in the undergrad but became a CPA in one take. PRTC was a big part of reaching my dream to be a CPA. I never thought before that a very good review center will tie-up with our school. I thought pa nga that I should come to Manila in order to enroll in a nice review center. Then suddenly, PRTC came, reaching those people who dream to be CPAs in the provinces. I have really appreciated the efforts of my reviewers. I know that their job is very tiring and risky. Though I was not able to tell them how much thankful am I to them, deep in my heart, I'm proud to be their student. The training and preparation was very extensive, the materials were very helpful, and the mentors were so good. To my PRTC-Cebu family, thanks again. Actually, namimiss ko na kayo. Now, I'm entering another stage in my life as a professional working in an audit f! irm, but still, I will not forget the learnings and experiences that I had during my review in PRTC.

Passing the CPA Board Examination is not that easy,until magreview ako sa Professional Review and Training Center (PRTC). Sa PRTC kase huhubugin at ihahanda ka talaga ng mga reviewers para sa pagharap mo sa battle (Actual CPA Board), from comprehensive materials, classroom drills and very challenging Pre-Board Examinations (First and Final). The best talaga ang pag-aalaga dito. One of my greatest dream is to practice in academe, to be a reviewer (ofcourse sa PRTC din), hope to be a part of this great institution. Before I end this testimonial, I just want to say "THANK YOU" to PRTC Community, lahat ng staff at syempre to all the reviewers. First of all, im already a CPA working as an auditor here in SGV while Im writing this testimonial for PRTC. I was a reviewer in PRTC for the October 2008 board exam. I already shared my experiences in PRTC during our testimonial dinner in Century Park Hotel but until now I feel like kulang pa ung nasabi ko. So here it goes,,, Undergraduate review pa lang, I was already satisfied with the learning experience that PRTC offers. Hands on ang mga mababait and super galing na reviewers. They are so dedicated with giving the best for their reviewees, mula sa extended hours ng discussion and complete review materials. I remember one of our reviewers, parang mgagalit pa sya when he notices that some of the class wasnt able to answer the review materials. ganun ka-concerned. Hanggang sa ID, maipagmamalaki (hehehe)ang PRTC. So I pursued my proper review nowhere else but in PRTC. I told myself, I want to be one of those board examinees na nasa numerator, na makakapagpataas ng rate ng passers sa PRTC sa October... They inspired me a lot. And enjoy tlga ung 5months stay ko dun. I think the best part of the discussions is when nag aasaran silang mga reviewers, hahaha! Treats pag birthday ng isang reviewer... Then, the moment of truth came, October 20, unang una ang PRTC magpost ng result. CPA na ko. Greatful ako, sa lhat2x of course,, and behind it all, thankful ako sa PRTC. I dont know what happened had I reviewed in another review school, all i know is that, I made a right choice. Go PRTC! Continue to inspire other hopeful minds of CPA's to be... Sana mag grow pa, maging mas successful at mas maraming mproduce n CPAs. I'm looking forward to being one of your reviewers hehehe. I can say that the knowledge I've gained in PRTC made me realized one of my goals which is to pass the intricacy of CPA board exam. I'm so thankful that our school has chosen PRTC to be its partner towards learning the fundamentals and techniques needed in order to obtain the precious license. To be honest, I've learned many things (academic knowledge and values) during my 6-month stay in this review school, which I wasn't able to acquire during my undergrad. Yes! CPA na ako. And yan ay sa tulong ng mga mababait at magagaling na reviewers ng PRTC. Salamat sa lahat! As in! Salamat kay Sir Agamata dahil napractice ko ang breathing exercises while taking the exams. Kay Sir Valdez na super favorite ko, Galing! Kay Sir at Ma'am De Leon na super favorite namin ng friend ko. Ke Sir Ocampo na parang naririnig ko while i was taking the exams na sinasabi "kayabangan ang magpasa ng papel ng maaga", tama nga siya! Ke Sir Penamante na nagsabi na mararamdaman mo kung papasa ka, un ang lagi ko inaalala everytime na magdadoubt ako. Kay Atty. Lopez na makulit pero okay dahil mas nareretain sa utak ko ung mga tinuturo niya. At kay Sir Malvar na naniwala na kaya ko...Thanks sa pagsabi niyo na magaling ako sa Business Law...Ginamit ko ung inspiration para galingan talaga. Again, thanks a lot for everything. God Bless!!!

The best ang approach ng PRTC sa review, talagang matututunan mo ang basics at pati mga techniques sa pagsasagot. Mas madami pa ko natutunan sa PRTC kesa nung undergrad (peace, mga prof hehe). Ngayong CPA na ko, I really recommend sa mga friends ko na undergrad na sa PRTC sila magreview. It's all worth it. The teaching methods are designed to achieve a clear understanding of the subject matter. Reviewers are not in a hurry in doing their presentations.I remember Mr.Guhit, our audit reviewer at that time, kept on saying that "although I'm in a hurry, still, please dress me slowly".

I remember one time when i pity myself for having such a hard time catching up with AP, P1 and MAS. i'm really not that adept (never was, never will) in accounting. in fact, my first drill in MAS was a total disaster (nakita ni sir aga yung paper ko, pagktpos ng klase, sabi niya sa 'kin "parang nahirapan ka.."). sensing trouble, i triple my efforts digesting concepts. i attended lectures religiously. i listen attentively to discussions. hanggang natuto ako. natuto sa aking mga pagkakamali, natuto sa mahirap na paraan. w/o PRTC, i don't think i'll pass the board exam. dito ko natutunan ang totoong accounting. dito ko natutunan na ang disiplina at respeto sa sarili ang magbigay daan ng iyong tagumpay. dito ko nakasalamuha ang mga walang pagod na reviewers, with genuine commitment to their reviewees, mga reviewers na mas masikap pa kesa kanilang mga reviewees. to PRTC people, wow.. u'r spectacle in the word spectacular. sir valdez (u made TOA and AT appear soooo easy), sir ocampo (ang galing mo sir, ang linaw² mag.discuss, grabe..), sir rico (ur "it's now or never" motto for 1st takers did wonders. tnx for ur expertise in tax), sir malvar (u inspired us a lot, salamat po), sir de leon (ang kingkoy mo sir, tnx for making our discussions so light.), sir aga (ang galing mo mag lecture sir, npkahusay mo din mag motivate ng reviewee. maraming salamat po.). sa inyong lahat, thanks a million. may God bless you all.

Ang galing ni sir valdez,,! while im reading the questions in auditing theory kanina sa exms,prna nririnig ko si sir valdez n ngsasalita,,hehehe... khit hindi nko nkpgbsa b4 mgexam ang daming naretain skin..thnks po sir. sir agamata,buti nman ok n kyo,ntkot ako nung knwento nila skin yung ngyari..puro po modern technique ang bngy knina sa exam. buti n lng npsadahan po ntin... wla pong CVP,stndrd and variable costing, sir malvar,yung mga inexample nyo yun ung lumbs sa exam...hehehe sir rico.ang tax 10 percent hindi pdin ngbabago ang examiner,luma pdin, meron pong vanishing deduction.. whatever the result, im happy xe mdme akong ntutunan and im proud na sa PRTC ako ngreview., khit nga ako lng ang PRTC sa rum ko eh hindi ako nttkot sknla,, nalala ko nlng sv no sir rey at sir sico. minority wins..hehehe

I really had a very memorable experience with PRTC. Mababait ang mga reviewer and staff. Magagaling magturo.... kila sir rey and ka emong ko lng naintindihan lhat ng mga topics na hndi ko maintindihan lalo na sa P1, AP and P2. I just want to thank all of the reviewers. Sir Aga, Sir Rey, Ka Emong, Atty. Malvar, Sir Valdez, Maam Norma and Sir Rico. Hndi ko rin mkakalimutan mga patawa ni Sir rico... sobrang da best magpatawa pero sobrang da best din manginspire.. sir rico, Thanks sa prayers at sa pagtitirik ng kandila sa Cebu ba yun? basta thanks po ng sobra sobra... thanks din sa mga staff(mam jessie, ate anne, yanyan, kuya robert, roi, jayr and ung mga contractual na tindera sa "STARVAKS") hehe... thank you tlaga ng sobra sobra... i luv you guyz... miss ko na kayong lhat sa PRTC... I took the CPA licensure exam in October 1999. I enroled at PRTC for the review not only because it is similar to my name's initials but also because one of my favorite teachers at PUP, the beautiful Mrs. Norma de Leon, was a reviewer at PRTC. Mrs. de Leon, along with Atty. Manuel Malvar, Mrs. Elenita Cabrera (whom I respect and admire), and the other instructors during my time, helped us prepare for the exam and gave us much needed words of encouragement. For all these, I will always be grateful to them. An instructor from another review center told me right after the results were released that I would have done better than 18th place had I enroled with them. Who knows? As for me, I have no regrets. To PRTC, here's wishing you more success in the years to come. To Mrs. de Leon, I miss you. To all the instructors now and then, thank you.

words cannot express how grateful i am to my prtc family. it can never immortalize how i felt in this review center. it gave my review a whole new twist. with the dynamic reviewers and ever supportive staff. it gave my review a whole new meaning. from meeting different faces to the drills.. the punchlines of our reviewers hanggang sa canteen na walang nagtitinda. hahaha. to our mentors, sir valdez, sir aga, sir ocampo, sir malvar, sir penamante, sir gloria, sir de leon and the rose among the torns ma'am norma, thank you very much for equipping me all the necessary knowledge to be able to prepare in the cpa board exams. you people are one great mentors. "kaya ba ng brain, english lang yan. sabi nga ni sir rico na once na humarap sa mga reviewees tapos na siya mag lecture. "ahh, kei class" "o, wag ng OA" thank you po. I was having hard times during my undergrad years about accounting till I became part of this Review School. It was great to be with lecturers who acts not only as reviewers but also as MENTORS. It was my dream to be part of the profession having such license everyone is been dreaming of, but even if I won't make it to the coming Board Exam, I am satisfied because I have gained too much knowledge from those mentors, build my confidence, changes my views in life and inspired by great stories they have shared.
